Description: subdiv displays the boundaries of subdivisions in Pima County. Known Errors/Qualifications: 10/2013: While this layer is maintained as a Shapefile, the coverage format is still required for certain nightly processing. See Steve Whitney. 02/2014: Par_dens field added, this is a calculated parcel density value used in the determination of impact fees; this is not the same as RAC density. 12/2017 Assigned Topology Rules and had Staff correct t topology. JA Lineage: 02/09/2015- AA ALT_ID, AA_STATUS and AA_DATE fields were added to subdiv for use by Accela. 06/03/2015- Field IS_PDF was removed. 07/10/2015- The Accela Automation fields AA_ALT_ID, AA_STATUS, and AA_DATE are populated from a joined SQL table of Accela Planning Records.
