Description: Status: UDPATED daily with batch script downloading data from Permis+Intended Use: For internal City webmapData Owner: Teresa Williams, City of Tucson Housing and Community Development., Teresa.Williams@tucsonaz.gov, 791-4171GIS Contact: Johanna Kraus, City of Tucson GIS Services, Johanna.Kraus@tucsonaz.gov, 520-837-494106/02/2011 - BAE loaded feature class to vectorsdeKnown Errors and Qualifications: An activity number could (and often does) have multiple addresses associated with it - there will be a record for each address (which means duplicate activity numbers). Data comes from Permits+ and is entered by the inspection/enforcement group of HCD (formerly DNR). DNR was created in 2006 and data entry was not standardized until 2008 - so only data from 1/1/2008 to current is part of the spatial layer. Points outside of City boundaries are excluded. When first created between 30-40 addresses did not match/geocode for each layer (less than 1%), no attempt is made to correct these addresses with the exception of addresses with a red folder flag or with a subtype of CCIP or VANSAttributes: ACT_NUM - activity numberSTATUS_1 - description belowSUB_TYPE - type of complaintTYPE_DESC - description of activity number type (sub-type in permits+)DT_ENT - date complaint was receivedDESCRIPTION - description of complaint receivedINSP_AREA - inspection areasINSP_ASSIGN - inspector assigned by location (could differ from actualinspector in vl_nov) - from base screen RED_FOLDER - if case has been called in by Ward officeNOV - if activity has received a notice of violationADDRESS_FULL - address from permits+ with Struc, Floor and UnitADDRESS_MATCH - address record actually matched toWARD - Ward number from geoprocessing, not permits+TRS - TRS, from geoprocessing, not permits+###STATUSES###CLOSED:CANCEL- case was cancelled administratively - no inspection occurredCOMPLAIN- case is closed as compliantCOURTCMP- closed case where case was heard in court and now is in complianceCOURTNCM- closed case where case was heard in court but owner did not complyINVALID- case was inspected and no violation found.
